COMPLETELY USELESS
dont waste ur money all it tells you is what kind of foods you should eat for your blood type, low carbs, etc, you can get that off the web for free!!! no Diet Plans no schedules no anything!!

BEWARE! This app is a rip-off in my opinion. It only gives brief and incomplete summaries of Diet Plans. It is totally useless for me

This is pretty much a list of all the many fad diets & a day by day guide to them. You should just google "fad diets" & save yourself $
